We are seeking to appoint a full-time (37.5 hours) worship and production pastor who has strong leadership, managerial, training and pastoral giftings, to assist the Vicar in leading and delivering worship and production across the locations and services of East Church Norwich.

We are looking for an energetic and high-capacity youth leader who can pioneer and sustain an exciting and demanding youth ministry across our parishes, including an area of high deprivation. They should be an experienced youth worker who is able to connect with emerging generations, and encourage them in the Christian faith.
